What We Do
Staking a mining claim involves more than just putting up monuments. There are specific requirements from the BLM, state laws, and county recording offices. One mistake can invalidate your claim.
With over 50 claims staked since 1993, we know the process inside and out. We handle everything so you can focus on prospecting, not paperwork.
Our Process
Consultation
We discuss your target area, mineral interests, and goals. We verify the ground is open using BLM MLRS.
Field Work
We physically locate the claim, place monuments at corners, and document the location with GPS coordinates.
BLM Filing
We prepare and file your Location Notice with the BLM through the MLRS system within the required timeframe.
County Recording
We record your claim with the county recorder in the county where the claim is located.
Documentation
You receive a complete package: BLM serial number, recorded documents, maps, GPS coordinates, and photos.
