Payment Information:

The above noted "buy it now" price is the full cost of this claim. There is no tax on unpatented mining claims in Arizona and our price includes all transfer fees. The Bureau of Land Management requires a yearly maintenance fee for every active U.S. mining claim, currently $200.00, due no later than September 1st of each year. If you are on a payment plan and your claim has not yet been deeded over to you, we will make sure the fee is paid and added to your balance if prior arrangements are not made.

We accept cash in person, check by mail or card over the phone as payment options. You may choose payments or to pay the claim in full and receive a 10% discount.

Payments are available to everyone. $263 down payment is expected within 3 business days of purchase, or order may be cancelled. Payments are due monthly at $263.00 for 36 months or until paid in full. In addition the Annual maintenance fee is due to the Bureau of Land Management of $200. You are welcome to purchase and make payments on more than one claim at a time. You may begin mining your claim the day the down payment is received. If no payments are received within 60 days, the purchase agreement terminates.

Refund Policy:

We are confident that you will love your mining claim. If for ANY reason you do not, or simply change your mind within 7 days from the date of purchase we will fully refund your charge, no fees, no exceptions. Within 90 days of the date of purchase we offer a trade for any mining claim in our inventory. There is a $100.00 trade processing fee and the difference in the cost of claims will be added/subtracted from your balance.

Mineralization

Gold Strike #1 is surrounded by small to mid sized past producing HIGH GRADE gold and silver mines with some carrying copper, lead and zinc. There is a high grade past producing mine less than 270 yards southeast of Gold Strike #1. Anomalous to ore grade gold can be found in quartz outcrops and quartz float samples the entire length of the claim where bedrock is exposed.

Placer gold can be recovered using dry washers, metal detecting or good old fashioned panning. 0ur testing has produced fines, flakes and nuggets from bedrock and cleaning out cracks and crevices throughout the district.

This Gold Strike claim offers you several options, one, you can explore and mine the hot spots on a small scale or after you expose a larger ore grade mineralized zone present it to numerous junior companies for sale or lease.

Location

Gold Strike #1 is a 20.66 acre unpatented lode mining claim located 5 miles north of Black Canyon City in southern Yavapai County, Arizona. Elevations on the claim average 2500 ft and there is 2 wd access to the northeast corner of the claim. There are several level areas for RV parking and camping near the claim. Nearby Black Canyon City offers lodging, restaurants, supplies and gas.

Gold Strike group is our furthest south group of claims, off Maggie Mine Rd and only 2.5 miles from Kay Mine

What's Next?

On the next business day, you will receive an email from us that includes: your receipt, a copy of the topographical map for your claim, a link to your claim plotted in Google Earth and the GPS coordinates for your claim.

Within 2 weeks you will receive your claim packet in the mail that will contain hard copies of these documents as well as the Location Notice and a full size topographical map. Upon payment in full, we process the claim into your name with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and County.

You are responsible for the annual maintenance fee due to the BLM, payable from January through August, effective upon date of purchase, in order to keep the claim active. The current rate is $200.00.
